I've lost faith in the ONION, their reporters seldom make fun of train wrecks.
An exception has been made for the GBPkr defense, its conductor and its engineer!

Player development is a very different aspect of coaching from scheme, drawing up an effective game plan against a specific opponent, and then playcalling.
LVN should have added technique since College. I see that as a failure of coaching. Hopefully he can work with a specialist on that in the off-season? I'd think players could get together of their own volition?
I really don't see anything else specific to point to in this regard on the defense other than regression rather than improvement. That's doesn't speak well for JB, but it's not all just on him either. I have to expect it's the norm, not the exception.
GOTTA have the development part of draft and develop being EXCELLENT, especially at this juncture of the team. Beginning from the first OTA this past off-season, but continuing ahead too.
