and in the defensive coordinator draft who can they get that is good that will come in under what appears to be a lameduck two year at best headcoach?

Personally the offense is competitive with Rogers, running backs and receivers. I still and this is just my opinion, the team lacks play makers on defense. They have bodies but many of them just play football and not well at times. With this draft you need to get some solid play makers, guys who really make a difference. . Hey your not going to fix this mess in one draft anyways and hopefully free agency will be a tool now. Just sayin.
On the other hand those that say we need to shore up the O line and dump the guys who are always injured, cant argue against that either.
