Joseph and Brian,
Glad you mentioned Erik All. Completely off most people's radar. Iowa knows how to develop TE's, even being a homer. I think your projection of 4th round may be a bit rich given injury and not a lot of tape, but I could see 5th round. You can see the talent when he was playing. I think even more than Luke Lachey that decided to stay at Iowa. The Packers really have no need in my mind for a TE, but if he somehow falls to the 6th I can see them take a shot with him.

That guy has been hurt more than a crash test dummy. 7th rounder to UDFA would be my guess.

I don't really know about Erik All, MOOPACK. He played so little while at Iowa that it's easy to forget him. I know they were excited when he transferred to us, but he did virtually nothing in his short time. One TD catch, but I saw him drop multiple passes right in his hands. He did lose 2 years to knee surgeries though.

It's ironic, but you can say the same thing about the QB that also transferred from Michigan. Not only has he not played much, but he also hasn't played well in his time at Iowa, and he tore up another knee just like Erik All did. What are the odds of that? Plus, record wise, the Hawks had a great year without them.

It probably surprised him since our QB last year couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat. God I hope the new Iowa OC is better at play calling and evaluating QBs. I hope he picks one of the 2 youngest QB recruits as they can run and pass. What a concept, don't you think Coach Ferentz?

There several pretty talented underrated TEs in this draft like Theo Johnson-Penn State, Dallin Holker-Colorado State, and Tip Reiman-Illinois. We already have a great, young, TE room now. Adding another would give us an embarrassment of TE riches.

TE is another position GB can scratch off the board this year, along with QB, WR, and maybe DT. We need to concentrate Day 1 & 2, on filling needs @ OL, S, LB, RB, and CB.

2025 biggest needs are probably DT and EDGE, maybe strengthening LB and CB if Stokes is a no show again.
