Nags- If they decide to retain Barry in another capacity, think he would be good as head of security, or is he too inconsistent for that position too? GPG!

Uh oh, Matt LaFleur says he is going to set his own pace at deciding whether or not to retain Joe Barry as defensive coordinator.
What's to decide? Does LaFleur mean he hasn't made up his mind yet? Or does he mean he has decided to get rid of Barry but wants to set his own pace as to when to get rid of him? Which is it?
