the good: Willis, Doubs, and Whelan

the ugly: two bottom feeders trying to win worse running defense of the year award

You can't just say "Walker," LB or LT?

Two comments. The new format has chased the masses away. Too bad it was a fun website.
Good: the win
Bad: defensive schemes. It's obvious these guys are cornrfused about coverage. Unfortunately the vikes d looks mid form and are 2.0.
Ugly: pass rush. Now that we're paying the big bucks where is it?

The declining comments should be a concern, and when that fact is coupled with the fact that no video gets double-digit comments (and many don't get any) indicate that WE DON'T LIKE TO WATCH VIDEOS. A 25 minute watch vs a 3-4 minute read... As if speech to text software isn't a thing these days.

A look - a tumbleweed just blew through this ghost town.

So it could have been read in 15 seconds.

I watched this video. And as I scrolled down to the comments I was contemplating looking around at other Packer sites. Gut Reactions and Good, Bad, Ugly have been near must reads for me after every game. Interesting, informative, and QUICK reads.

But now they are much less interesting (containing extraneous material) and much longer videos.

Everything comes and goes.

I see 0 difference in "format."

G: MLF & Malik Willis - remarkable plan, preparation, performance, and production. Never thought 2 would look that good.

B: field goal kicking. When will the pain end?

U: red zone struggles continue, especially the fumble. That can’t happen.

What really drove me nuts , was the lack of adjustment on the offense. In the 2nd half Indy had the run defense up so why not using a few more passes, to switch the focus? Willis was really surprisingly good, so some of the completions were thanks to great receiving skills. Not sure, if the Morgan exit was a factor as well.
Overall I liked the defense, even if could have taken away a few more balls. Just the last two drives felt like they lost their confidence.
Teams: Wheelan great, kicking looks very similar to last year.

During the radio broadcast Larry or Kuhn said it was a shoulder injury. I think he may have aggravated one he was nursing at the end of training camp?

Really sad news. This is why you don't play guys injured, and you have depth. Same with playing Lloyd.

We've got 17 games to get through in the regular season, and hopefully 4 more; better decisions need to be made.

Agreed that I want to see in-game adjustment. The opponent adjusts to stop the run very effectively? Well, don't run so much. Seems obvious?

Fortunately it didn't cost the W.

Good its a win
Bad defense
Ugly run defense
New year same porous defense, what is going on ? 2 weeks 2 RBs getting over 100 yards, going to be patient but no adjustments seemed to be made, lucky for all the drops by Colts otherwise 0-2 would be record. Willis came in and gave heroic performance just what was needed Jacobs was very good as well minus fumble. Two players?
Christian Watson lost on way to game?
Eric Stokes never saw never heard his name honestly is he injured? never saw posting

It’s not only the videos, it’s the ads. Plus, at times there is CHTV header blocking half the screen.

GOOD: It's a WIN! Malik Willis played really well and did what was asked of him, in Love's absence. Josh Jacobs! 151 yards rushing! Jacobs knew he would be used heavily and he was ready for it. Romeo Doubs with a huge contested catch to move the chains. Wicks with a TD. Xavier McKinney with another INT! Eric Wilson with an INT and a forced fumble. Evan Williams with the DAGGER INT and the Onside Kick recovery! We need Evan Williams, Van Ness and Eric Wilson on the field more often. Whelan punted really well for us.

BAD: Narveson missing a FG. Same old, same old, for the Packers. Jacobs dropping the ball at the goal line. Rasheed Walker penalty negated a TD, but we did get a FG after that. Quay Walker lead the team in tackles but dropped an INT, in crunch time and sometimes looked out of place in the middle. Our defensive game plan looked and felt a bit underwhelming, again. Cannot wait to see it in full force. Jaire had a somewhat quiet game. BS call on Van Ness roughing the passer. Too difficult trying to pay attention to a game stream that is 2-3 plays behind the radio broadcast. The CHTV live cast was a play and a half behind the radio.

UGLY: I hate it when players get injured. The injury to the Colts DT, Buckner, looked awful.

Just a point of clarification: Josh Jacobs didn't simply drop the ball on the way into the end zone, he was skillfully stripped of the ball. Obviously we'd rather have him hang onto it regardless.

Use of #7 can improve by having him do what he's good at.

GOOD: Jacobs, MLF game plan, Wyatt, McKinney, Willis. Wilson.
BAD: the fumble ( oddly enough Aaron Jones had a bad one for the Vikes today too), run defense, pass rush, missed FG.
UGLY: the decision to run out the clock at halftime. Lucky the Colts didn’t make you pay for that, also the penalty problems persist.

#45, LB Eric Wilson, is not someone I naturally associate as a standout player. I think that has to change? It seems coming "that close" last year has infected him in the off-season, and he's reinvented himself via intensity and hunger. He's much improved, and hopefully that proves to spread throughout the locker room!

I expect you meant to refer to #31, RB Emmanuel Wilson; I was a big fan of his last year, and remain so. Glad to see him getting some carries, not glad to see MarShawn Lloyd injured again so quickly. Jordan Morgan might be another that they rushed back into playing too soon after minor injury? Josh Myers played injured much of last season; has he been playing injured already this season?

To those who were complaining of pop-ups. Just saying from my own eperience, I had to turn off my ad blocker in order to even get on this site- CheeseheadTV and other sites as well. The ads bug me too, but if I want to listen to Nags, etc., I have to tolerate the ads.

That’s a good looking bucket hat Jacobs has on the title page. Where do you suppose that came from? Don’t see it at the Pro Shop.
