The Buffalo Bills announced that fullback Jehuu Caulcrick has been promoted from their practice squad.

Wide receiver Paul Hubbard has been placed on waivers.

Originally signed by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan State in 2008, the 6-0, 255-pound Caulcrick has 14 carries for 54 yards and 12 receptions for 56 yards and a touchdown in three pre-seasons' worth of action with the Jets (2008-09) and San Francisco 49ers (2010).

This is the first time Caulcrick has been on a 53-man roster, spending each week of the last 2 1/2 seasons on practice squads with the Jets, 49ers, Bills, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
