Bills Sign RB Andre Anderson

With Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch out for the quite possibly the remainder of the pre-season, the Buffalo Bills have signed undrafted free agent running back Andre Anderson, Anderson's agent, Marc Lillibridge, announced on Twitter.

A two-year starter at Tulane, the 5-11, 208-pound Anderson rushed for 2,009 yards and 17 touchdowns, with 56 receptions for 467 yards and a pair of touchdowns out of the backfield. Anderson was a two-time All-Conference USA honorable mention selection.

Anderson overcome a season-ending shoulder injury in 2008 to rush for over 1,000 yards as a senior. After going undrafted in April, Anderson had a brief stint with the Oakland Raiders.

The Bills will need to make a corresponding roster move before officially adding Anderson to the roster.
