Chiefs Sign QB Bill Stull

The Kansas City Chiefs have signed rookie free agent quarterback Bill Stull, the team announced on Tuesday.

Stull started 26 of his 32 games at the University of Pittsburgh, completing 61.3% of his 681 pass attempts for 5,252 yards and 32 touchdowns. Stull completed 65% of his passes for 2,633 yards and 21 touchdowns as a senior, leading the Panthers to a 10-3 record and earning firs-team All-Big East honors.

To make room for Stull, the Chiefs have waived defensive end Jeffrey Fitzgerald.

Stull will be the fourth quarterback in Chiefs' camp, which means offensive quality control coach Nick Sirianni won't be asked to suit up again anytime soon.
