Free agent wide receiver Kevin Curtis has signed with the Miami Dolphins, Curtis' representation, Rep 1 Sports, announced on Twitter.

Curtis, 32, has caught 252 passes for 3,291 yards and 20 touchdowns during a 79-game career with the St. Louis Rams (2003-06) and Philadelphia Eagles (2007-09).

Injuries limited the former third-round pick out of Utah State to 12 games between the 2008 and 2009 seasons, and in September, Curtis underwent surgery to remove a cancerous testicle. The cancer was reportedly discovered early, and Curtis began training and working out for NFL teams with an eye on continuing his NFL career.
