Eagles 4th Round CB Trevard Lindley Agrees to Terms

Philadelphia Eagles fourth-round cornerback Trevard Lindley has agreed to terms on a four-year contract, Adam Caplan of Scout.com reports.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Lindley (5-11, 183) started 48 games during his 4-plus seasons at the University of Kentucky, totaling 148 tackles and 10 interceptions, returning two for touchdowns. Lindley also had a 33-yard fumble return for a touchdown in 2007.
Lindley battled shoulder and ankle injuries the last two seasons, but set a conference record with 43 pass break-ups and was named first-team All-SEC after each of the last twos seasons.
As a fourth-round pick, Lindley's spot on the 53-man roster is likely secure, though his contributions this season will likely be limited to special teams.
