Jaguars Waive QB Patrick Ramsey

Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Patrick Ramsey has been placed on waivers, reports Aaron Wilson of the National Football Post.

Linebacker Jacob Cutrera has been signed off the practice squad.

Ramsey was signed on October 20, two days after the Jaguars lost quarterbacks David Garrard (concussion) and Trent Edwards (right thumb) to injuries in a 30-3 loss to the Tennessee Titans. Ramsey was designated the third quarterback in the Jaguars' 42-20 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last Sunday.

Cutrera (6-3, 238) is an undrafted free agent from LSU. In four games this season, Cutrera has three special teams tackles.
