Rams starting quarterback A.J. Feeley played well before injuring his right thumb and elbow...The Rams offensive line showed marked improvement in the second pre-season game...Feeley's injury led to more playing time for Sam Bradford.
The Browns regulars did not inspire optimism last night...Browns running back Peyton Hillis could become a fan favorite...Browns running back Montario Hardesty may have an opportunity for an increased role when his knee improves.
New Orleans Saints 38, Houston Texans 20

Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher left the game with a calf injury...Bears head coach Lovie Smith downplayed the injury, but Rick Telander of the Chicago Sun-Times writes that it's hard not to be concerned with an aging Urlacher...The Bears offensive and defensive lines struggled against Oakland.
