Jacksonville Jaguars 35, Dallas Cowboys 17

Jaguars quarterback David Garrard returned from his concussion to have one of the best games of his NFL career...The Jaguars running game got going against the Cowboys.

Miami Dolphins 22, Cincinnati Bengals 14

Chiefs kicker Ryan Succop's 35-yard field goal in overtime avoided a tie...The Chiefs' defense employed a bend-don't-break strategy on Sunday.

The Bills found a new, heart-breaking way to lose on Sunday...Buffalo's struggling run defense was gashed for a season-high 274 yards.

Detroit Lions 37, Washington Redskins 25

Detroit Lions first-round defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh had a pair of quarterback sacks and returned a fumble for a touchdown...Playing on a bad shoulder, Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson scored a career-high three touchdowns.

The Redskins' flaws were exposed during a fourth-quarter meltdown that included the benching of Donovan McNabb...Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan thought Rex Grossman gave the team a better chance to win in the two-minute offense.
