ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports that the New Orleans Saints vote last week to authorize the union to decertify, originally reported by Liz Mullen of SportsBusiness Journal, was by a unanimous 59-0 vote.

Allowing the union to decertify would enable the NFLPA to sue the NFL under United States anti-trust laws if a lockout is attempted by the owners next March.

Mortensen adds that the Philadelphia Eagles are the next team scheduled to vote.
