Seahawks Add LB Leroy Hill to Injury Report

The Seattle Seahawks have added linebacker Leroy Hill to the injury report with a heel injury, reports Curtis Crabtree of 950-KJR in Seattle.

Hill is now listed as "Questionable".

Hill was suspended for last week's season-opener against the San Francisco 49ers for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy. Hill faces further league discipline for a domestic violence arrest in April, and for violating the terms of his one-game suspension by watching the 31-6 win from Qwest Field.

Signed to a six-year, $36 million contract last May, Hill restructured his contract before the start of the season, lowering his base salary from $6 million to $2.125 million, and voided the final four years of the deal.

Though he won't start on Sunday, Hill is expected to play a role on defense. David Hawthorne, who led the Seahawks in tackles in 2009, will make the start at weak-side linebacker, with Will Herring expected to play a role in nickel packages.
