Seahawks Swap Practice Squad Running Backs

The Seattle Seahawks swapped practice squad running backs, releasing Javarris Williams and re-signing Chris Henry.

Williams, a former seventh-round of the Kansas City Chiefs, joined Seattle's practice squad the same the day the Seahawks acquired running back Marshawn Lynch from the Buffalo Bills.

Henry was a second-round pick (50th overall) out of the University of Arizona by the Tennessee Titans who spent the first four weeks on the Seahawks' practice squad after being waived by the Houston Texans in September.
