A damning indictment of the Stenovich/Butkus era if ever I heard it. As it continues, growing into the same for LaFleur. Wow, worth listening just for that take at the start of this cast.

Goes on to indicate why the execution issues start with Barry too on D and Stenovich in the run game in large part in terms of asks and responsibilities.

Food for thought, but not happy ones.

""A damning indictment of the Stenovich/Butkus era if ever I heard it"""

Feeling a little apocalyptic this morning?

The fact that we're continuously able to put respectable lines on the field despite major injuries to big pieces......how do you account for that?

We're averaging 27.5 ppg on the road without our big guns. We're having our home opener, and this would be a good game to win, but of the two games, the Lions game is the more important, so if we're 2-2 in a week but we've lost to the Saints but beat the Lions, then that'll be OK by me, all things considered. And of course, I think we can/will beat both of them, because we will protect Love and he will protect the ball.

After two weeks, we look like we could be a high scoring team if we get it all going, and not just against weaklings. The Saints will be a good test. I think we'll hit 30.

No, I’m not standing around with my eyes closed and fingers in my ears ignoring the obvious and repeating an empty mantra either. Wahle can speak for himself, it’s something you should at least listen to. I did, and gained some insights that I will now be looking to verify.

Feeling apocalyptic?

We could use the smell of napalm in the morning! Quay Walker has been playing with his hair on fire, and a few others. I'd like to see both JB and MLF performing at that level. I don't care if their personality is calm, just scheme up stuff and pour their heart and soul into it ...

Anything that has the word execution in it in conjunction with Joe Barry? Yes please.

I wish some reporter…hello nags would come out bluntly and ask Joe Barry why he doesn’t change schemes inside a game and personal when it’s clearly not working what he’s doing so he then cannot answer every fucking question with his pee wee level defensive coordinator manual answer?! The tone and manner and language in his answers is exactly how he coaches…..LIFELESS

Wish the Packers would hire Wahle as a consultant. I am serious too. Someone who can view things with fresh eyes.

I love how this ends: all you have to do is all this stuff we know these coaches never do.

Yeah, I hope they see this and are PISSED, and prove me wrong. Come on, make an in-game adjustment. JUST ONE. Prepare for the opponent. Use schemes better than I would or could. Create plays specific to this opponent, to exploit specific matchups.

But he says things that aren’t reinforcing, and you should know that’s not conducive to our self-empowering atmosphere of spiritually nurturing positivity in the coaches calm room. We all did well, we need to just do more well together. Continuity and mutual respect are far stronger than tackles in the end. Peace and holistic Love, Matt.
