Good calls overall. Like most opinionated bloggers, I'd make a few changes:

Add Mays at RB, subtract Kendricks to save $1.6 mill at TE. We can keep a solid TE on the practice squad for depth.

Add Trevor Davis and drop Geronimo Allison at WR. Davis can return kicks, keeping Alexander out of being foolishly risked against gunners. J'Mon Moore and Davis will offset the loss of Allison.

If Mays is out, Williams and Jones (after suspension) are in, with Montgomery kept as a versatile RB/WR, that makes sense to me. Mays might be in until Jones returns.

WR Davis is a question mark this year (chances are that he and Yancey don't make it, but that is a guess) - now we have TC to determine how true all this speculation is. WR Clark is gone now, so Adams, Cobb, Allison, Moore, look likely. At least 4 WRs are fighting for two spots (Davis, Yancey, Valdez-Scantling, St.Brown), or three if the Pack keep 7 WRs.

I have little idea how the final O line pans out but Bakhtiari, Taylor, Linsley, McCray, Bulaga, Murphy, Spriggs, Patrick, and maybe a 9th OL from the rest of the candidates, seems possible.

With TEs it's all about the no.3. Is that Kendricks, Byrd, Tonyan.........Rader is probably just hoping for a PS spot. I did look up Tonyan's RAS score (a very respectable 8.54). He had elite speed (4.58 40) with very good vertical and broad jumps. His weakest stat was a lack of weight (only 236 lb on a 6' 4.5" frame) and average shuttle and 3cone times.

I do like that 40 time, if he can get the rest of his game together.
