Thank you for a very comprehensive and laborious task. It paints a very doable and positive outlook with good depth and possibilities. Now we just have to hope for another good draft and we'll be on our way.

Andy: I may have missed it, but I didn't see a line item for the approximately $10 million in void year dead cap hit that came from passing on Savage, Nijman and Nixon. I assume that has to come from this year's cap or am I off base?

Gary signed his current deal in October. I don’t believe he can sign another within a calendar year of that, just as Love can’t redo his till May 3. So I do not believe Gary is a possible source of cap relief this off season.

Think I'll wait to hear from TGR again. This stuff is harder than putting a team together.

I hope they've learned a valuable lesson on back loading contracts. Rodgers and Bakhtiari have basically destroyed our cap for last year and this year. Dead money on players who aren't on the field must be managed better.
