Ryan Neill has been signed to replace James Dearth, who injured his foot during practice. The Chargers signed Dearth on Wednesday after losing David Binn, who handled the long-snapping duties in 256 of the Chargers' last 257 regular season games, was placed on IR with a groin injury.
Neill (6-3, 253) snapepd for the Buffalo Bills in 2007 and 2008, and spent the last nine games of the 2009 season with the St. Louis Rams.
